The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of the Becker Lane Organic Farm-to-You Community Supported Agriculture subscription program:
DELIVERY DATE. Packages will be delivered to recipients on the first Wednesday of each month and will be delivered via Fed Ex overnight for delivery without signature. It is the recipient's responsibility to be available to receive the shipment, and that deliveries left without signature will be secure.
NEWSLETTER. We will send you a monthly "Farm-to-You" e-mail newsletter to prepare you for your delivery.
REFUNDS. Subscribers shall not be entitled to a refund if they are not available to receive product. Becker Lane Organic Farm is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to Fed Ex.
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION. Subscribers will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment to track packages with Fed Ex.
PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Subscription payments are final upon receipt and are non refundable for any reason.
DELAY A SHIPMENT. Subscribers may choose to delay one shipment for each six month subscription period, but no refund or credit will be given. You must email Customer Service at CS@beckerlaneorganic.com or call 563-875-2248 prior to the Monday of the shipment week in order to delay shipment.
